6. Silk Road and Nomadic Studies Program (personal geographical Practicum portion in Mongolia)
7. International Level Certified Wine and Cheese Culinary Studies Practicum (In Person)
- For those applicants accepted into the above programs you will be provided a Mentor/Supervisor. Your Mentor/Supervisor will help guide you in your chosen area(s) of research, studies and development during your program.
